The golden 3-hour dripping process into the pot ensures that steam does not recirculate, preserving the authentic taste of fresh chicken essence, made from 100% whole chicken drip brewing. The essence is vacuum-sealed and preserved using high-temperature, high-pressure sterilization techniques while maintaining room temperature.
