自己用了介绍朋友用，朋友是黑头脸蛋，做的工作不适合上美容院因为做了也浪费。用了这个后，一段日子不见的人都以为他上过美容院，脸越来越好看，哈

可以接受

喝起来蛮刺激的不过可以接受，而且每次晚上喝了后隔天竟然能一个早上两次厕所（平时只有一次而已或没）又顺畅。可惜的是要是送的瓶装可以买家选择多好，送了姜酵素，喝了经期没痛是好，可是本身很难接受姜的味道，喝起来挺辛苦的，只好一星期喝两次。不过很推荐柠檬酵素
